人行時隔9個月重啟國債買賣操作 X

<匯港通訊>      人民銀行公告顯示，10月公開市場國債買賣淨投放200億元人民幣，是時隔9個月重啟國債買賣操作。

人行行長潘功勝上月27日表示，將恢復公開市場國債買賣操作，堅持支持性貨幣政策立場，實施好適度寬鬆政策，並探索在特定情境下，向非銀機構提供流動性的機制安排。

潘功勝去年中提及，將國債買賣納入貨幣政策工具箱，不代表要搞量化寬鬆。

人行去年8月首次開展公開市場國債買賣操作，向部分公開市場業務一級交易商，買入短期限國債，並賣出長期限國債。去年8月至12月人行累計淨買入1萬億元，今年1月10日宣布暫停買入國債。 (JJ)
