(Infocast News)    VANOV HOLDINGS (02260) issued a profit warning. 

The Group is expected to record a net profit attributable to the shareholders of the Company of approximately RMB6.6 million to RMB7.6 million for the 1H2025 (which represents a decrease of approximately 58.8% to 64.2% as compared to the net profit attributable to the shareholders of the Company of approximately RMB18.4 million for the six months ended 30 June 2024. (WL)
