「滶晨」單日再沽兩伙 套現逾5000萬元 X

<匯港通訊>  新世界發展(00017)夥拍帝國集團、資本策略地產(00497)、麗新發展(00488)及港鐵公司(00066)宣布推出黃竹坑港島南岸「滶晨」今天為第二十三日截標，再沽出兩伙，套現5092.6萬港元，其中第1座(1B)11樓P1單位，實用面積926平方呎，3房套設計，呎價2.9316萬港元，售價2714.7萬港元，另一單位為第1座(1B)15樓P2單位，實用面積860平方呎，3房套設計，呎價2.765萬港元，售價2377.9萬港元。

「滶晨」約一個月銷售日合共售出372伙，佔全盤逾83%，當中1300呎以下4房單位已全數沽清。項目合共套現逾71.5億港元，共錄48組大手豪客，約70%選用即供付款方法，平均成交呎價近2.8萬港元。 （BC)
