<匯港通訊>         國家聯合資源(00254)宣布，建議每股10合1。此外，該公司向5名認購人發行合共1.25億股股份，佔擴大後股本約22.17%，配售價每股0.4元，所得款項總額5000萬元，淨額約4980萬元，擬主要用作支付與 City Gear 收購事項有關之潛在承兌票據付款4000萬元，餘下約980萬元將用作集團之一般營運資金，包括集團中國辦事處之租金付款、員工成本及集團之日常營運開支。
