<匯港通訊> 《彭博》引述知情人士透露,新世界發展(00017)正尋求出售在香港機場附近大型商場項目 11 SKIES,以緩解流動性壓力。

機場管理局發言人回覆傳媒查詢時表示,機管局對「機場城市」發展充滿信心,一直就 11 SKIES 計劃與新世界發展保持密切溝通,目標於2026年中起分階段開放 11 SKIES 設施。 (BC)
