<匯港通訊>    仍志集團控股(08079)發盈警，預期截至2025年3月31日止年度將錄得公司擁有人應佔虧損不多於5000萬元，而截至2024年3月31日止年度則錄得公司擁有人應佔虧損約1.144億元。

有關減少乃主要由於(a)按公平值列入損益賬之金融資產之公平值虧損減少；(b)其他資產之減值虧損減少；(c)行政開支減少；(d)應收貿易賬款之預期信貸虧損撥回；及(e)向客戶提供之貸款及墊款之預期信貸虧損撥備減少。 (ST)
