<匯港通訊>    MAYER HOLDINGS(01116)宣布，公司名稱已由「Mayer Holdings Limited」，更改為「Huiyuan Cowins Technology Group Limited慧源同創科技集團有限公司」。用於在聯交所買賣股份之公司英文股份簡稱將由「MAYER HOLDINGS」更改為「HC TECH GP」，並將增加公司中文股份簡稱「慧源同創科技」，自2025年6月27日(星期五)上午9時正起生效。公司於聯交所的股份代號維持不變，為「1116」。 (ST)
