香港加列山道12號Twelve Peaks單邊獨立洋房放售 意向3.1億元 X

<匯港通訊>    高力表示，獲委託為獨家代理出售香港加列山道12號Twelve Peaks 獨立單號洋房。

Twelve Peaks座落於加列山道之上，於2012年由新鴻基集團建成。項目分別於2014年及2015年之「亞洲十大超級豪宅」排行榜當中連續兩年獲得首位排名。其中一幢獨立洋房成交呎價，更以152,592元之平均呎價，創下當時全亞洲最貴洋房紀錄。是次出售獨立洋房樓高四層，實用面積約3900平方呎，包括4間套房，除室內獨立電梯，同時配備泳池､私人花園、2個尊屬車位等。物業現時以「現狀」交吉形式私人協商出售，意向價為3.1億元 ，每平方呎價約不足80000元，相比同類型物業為低。

高力香港資本市場及投資服務部高級董事吳嘉輝表示，港島山頂區向來是名人富豪的聚居地，極具身份象徵，屬香港最矜貴的豪宅地段；區內之加列山道更是全港最高地價地段之一。
