<匯港通訊>    雲白國際(00030)宣佈，公司近期獲授獨家經銷授權，可於全球（除中國內地外）經銷其控股股東雲南白藥集團所持有╱生產╱銷售的產品。

公司有權在授權範圍內作為雲南白藥集團的產品經銷商對產品進行銷售、推廣、管理及其他合法商業活動，包括產品定價、營銷策略及渠道選擇。公司亦可將授權項下獲授的權利進行轉授權，以滿足其業務發展需要。授權產品包括但不限於「雲南白藥」系列藥品、「雲南白藥」牙膏系列產品、普通藥品系列產品、醫療器械及工業產品以及個人護理產品。 (WL)
