港島南岸「滶晨」累收逾5000票 暫超購49倍 X

<匯港通訊>      由新世界發展(00017)、帝國集團、資本策略(00497)、麗新發展(00488)及港鐵公司(00066)發展的港島南岸第5A期的項目「DEEP WATER PAVILIA滶晨」，周五次輪以價單發售100伙，將於明日下午4時截票，項目截至中午累收逾5000票，超額認購49倍。

周五將分為X、S、A及B組銷售。次輪銷售後，項目有機會再提價加推。

「滶晨」連同早前價單發售單位,合共售出199伙，套現逾41億，共錄32組大手豪客，平均成交呎價近29000元。 (JJ)
