榮萬家(02146)10.7億人幣向控股股東收購物業抵銷應收款項餘額 X

<匯港通訊>    榮萬家(02146)宣布，公司與控股股東榮盛發展訂立2025年債務抵償框架協議，公司已有條件同意收購而榮盛發展已有條件同意出售清償物業，總代價為10.7億人民幣(下同)，將按等額基準抵銷集團應收款項餘額。

清償物業包括(i)位於中國的總計近1.27萬個停車位，(ii)位於中國的總計5479套儲藏間(總建築面積合共約3.617萬平方米)，及(iii)位於中國的合共112套住宅、公寓及商業單位(總建築面積約為2.59萬平方米)。

隨收購事項交割後，預期清償物業將分類為集團的存貨，集團的存貨將增加約10.7億元。預期清償物業的後續轉售將帶來集團的收入及現金流增加。  (ST)
