屯門NOVO LAND 3A期上樓書涉534伙 最快下周開價 X

<匯港通訊>    新鴻基地產代理執行董事陳漢麟表示，新鴻基地產(00016)旗下屯門兆康「NOVO LAND」3A期今日上載樓書涉及534伙單位，最快下周開價，預計不少於107伙。他指，將會推出突破性的付款方式以吸引客人，首張價單定價參考過往期數，會較貼近市價。

NOVO LAND 3A期細分兩座發展，共涉及534伙單位，當中戶型涵蓋開放式至四房，實用面積由237至1527平方呎。

當中開放式戶型佔26伙，實用面積由258至259平方呎；1房戶佔52伙，實用面積由298至306平方呎；2房戶佔253伙，實用面積由380至498平方呎；3房戶佔148伙，實用面積由544至735平方呎；4房戶佔26伙，實用面積由862平方呎，另設29伙連平台或天台特色戶，實用面積由237至1527平方呎。

新地今日率先向傳媒展示首個添家具示範單位，涉及第2座18樓A1單位，3房1套連開放式廚房及玻璃趟門間隔，實用面積為685平方呎，包含一個連接客廳的 23 平方呎露台及連接主人浴室的 16 平方呎工作平台，適合大家庭使用。 (LF)
