<匯港通訊>  利嘉閣地產研究部主管陳海潮表示,新界東部西沙一帶有大型一手項目登場,吸引不少市民申請認購,瞬即成為市場焦點,二手屋苑在全新盤猛烈攻勢下黯然失色,導致指標屋苑周末預約睇樓量未能扭轉連周跌勢。

根據利嘉閣地產研究部數據估算,全港50個指標屋苑共錄980組客戶於周末預約睇樓,較上周末的1025組再跌4.4%,連跌三周,失守千組水平,並創近9個周末新低。 (BC)
