<匯港通訊>  香港置業研究部董事王品弟表示,復活節長假期結束後,外遊市民陸續返港,二手睇樓活動逐步復常。根據香港置業分行統計,本周末(4月26-27日)10大指標屋苑預約睇樓量錄得327組,較上周末的316組回升3.5%,終止連續3週跌勢。 (BC)
