泛海國際(00129)「滙都」今日錄得3宗成交 X

<匯港通訊> 泛海國際集團(00129)執行董事關堡林表示，截至下午6時，位處北部都會區內元朗洪水橋嶄新大型住宅發展項目「high park 滙都」共錄得3宗成交，成交單位包括：第3座12樓B06單位3房戶，實用面積491平方呎，以635.6萬港元成交，呎價1.2945萬港元。

此外，第1座1樓A05單位3房戶，實用面積486平方呎，以566.86萬港元成交，呎價1.1664萬港元。

而第5座2樓B06單位，實用面積434平方呎屬2房戶，以472.21萬港元成交，呎價1.088萬港元。

連同上述成交，項目於4月至今暫沽50伙。整個項目至今已累積售出單位986伙，僅餘39伙可供出售。（BC)
