旭日國際「黃金海灣」今錄3宗成交 內地大手客連購2伙 X

<匯港通訊>   旭日國際旗下「黃金海灣」今日(4月18日)共錄得3宗成交，當中更有內地投資客，大手購入2伙2房單位。涉及單位分別為第2期「珀岸」第1B座5樓C及6樓C單位，實用面積各為435平方呎，涉及金額逾900萬港元。買家為內地客，鍾情項目毗鄰黃金泳灘，加上地理位置優越，認為具增值潛力，故經外區代理購入單位，作投資之用。

「黃金海灣」兩期項目由月初至今售出25伙，套現逾1億港元。項目總成交累計854伙，總成交金額逾30億港元。 （BC)
