「SIERRA SEA」加推80伙 累收逾4000票超近16倍 X

<匯港通訊>   新地(00016)「SIERRA SEA」自昨日開始接收購樓意向登記，市場反應熾熱，發展商今日(4月18日)加推價單第2號，推出80伙單位應市，戶型涵蓋1房至3房間隔，折實平均呎價1.0888萬港元，該批單位包括首度推出700平方呎的3房1套連儲物室間隔單位，屬原價加推。

市場消息指，截至下午6時，項目已累收逾4000個購樓意向登記；以價單1號及2號推出共238伙計算，超額認購近16倍。

價單第2號包含20伙1房、25伙2房及35伙3房單位；入場單位為Aqua Avenue 第5座1樓G單位，實用面積301平方呎，屬1房間隔，折實售價為307.61萬港元，而呎價最低單位則為Aqua Avenue 第3座G2樓H單位，實用面積523平方呎，屬3房間隔，折實呎價為1.0085萬港元，價單第2號折實售價由307.61-787.61萬港元，折實呎價由1.0085-1.1382萬港元。（BC)
