<匯港通訊>  建灝地產集團今日就赤柱臨海超級豪宅「ONE STANLEY」公布上載全新銷售安排，推出第7座天際特色大宅招標。

建灝地產集團投資及銷售部董事鄭智荣表示：「最新推出之天際特色大宅位於第7座3樓B單位，實用面積為1215平方呎，屬三房一套連雙儲物房及天台間隔，天台面積廣達1175平方呎，該單位之銷售安排已於今日上載，並訂於4月22至24日(下周二至四)招標。」

鄭智荣又指：「『ONE STANLEY』於今年已連續錄得多宗成交，當中包括分層特色戶以及獨立海景洋房，銷售成績均價量兼備；整個項目至今累沽21伙，總成交金額約17.3億港元。雖然環球市場受到不確定的關稅政策影響，但富豪用家對豪宅的需求並未受影響，繼續在市場物色優質地段的項目，因此集團對『ONE STANLEY』銷售充滿信心。⁠」 （BC)
