華盛國際控股(01323)3250萬元出售誠信財務65%股權 X

<匯港通訊>   華盛國際控股(01323)宣布，出售誠信財務65%股權，代價3250萬元，其中1200萬元以現金支付，餘額2050萬元由買方透過發行承兌票據支付，承兌票據按年利率5.25%計息。

估計將錄得出售事項之除稅前虧損淨額約1380萬元。預期出售事項所得款項淨額將用於集團之一般營運資金，以及為日後之任何投資機會提供資金。

鑒於出售公司於過去兩個財政年度一直錄得虧損，董事會認為出售事項可讓公司變現，及收取出售公司於出售公司之部分權益所產生之若干現金所得款項。

出售後，公司仍持有誠信財務35%股權。 (ST)
