穆迪：香港銀行業展望維持負面 房地產資產風險仍高 X

<匯港通訊>    信貸評級機構穆迪發表報告指，由於資產風險和獲利壓力加大，香港銀行業展望維持「負面」。

穆迪指，香港銀行體系展望維持「負面」，儘管營運環境料將保持穩定，但資產風險仍然較高，因與房地產相關借款人的償債能力不斷下降、抵押品估值下跌及貸款損失覆蓋率降低。

穆迪指，由於減息和貸款需求疲軟，預計香港銀行的淨息差將下降，從而限制貸款定價，但信貸成本將仍較高。不過，在較低的風險加權資產(RWA)增長和審慎的股息政策下，資本充足率將保持穩定。 (ST)
