<匯港通訊>  恒基物業代理董事及營業(一)部總經理林達民表示,旗下長沙灣巴域街的大型全新住宅項目「Belgravia Place 第2期」位於美麗華廣場的展銷中心首日開放日,吸引了逾3500人次前來參觀,當中將焦點放到兩層高的住宅會所「Club Belgravia」模型上,總面積逾2萬平方呎,綜合超過近30項休閒及運動設施。

「Belgravia Place 第2期」暫收近350票,相當於首張價單約50伙計,超額認購約6倍。 (BC)
