《新股情報》寧德時代據報聘中金等投行安排香港第二上市 X

<匯港通訊>    《彭博》引述消息指，寧德時代準備聘請美國銀行、中金公司、中信建投證券、摩根大通，牽頭安排公司今年在香港第二上市事宜，可能還會有其他銀行加入。

知情人士指，寧德時代此次的股票發行規模，可能是近年來香港最大的發行活動之一。

《彭博》早前引述消息指，寧德時代考慮最快今年上半年在香港第二上市，可能籌集至少50億美元(約390億港元)。

寧德時代董事會去年12月批准在香港第二上市的議案，仍須待股東大會和監管機構批准。 (ST)
