恒大物業(06666)漲25% 中國恒大等被裁須償還134億人幣挪用款項 X

<匯港通訊>     法院判決中國恒大(03333)等向恒大物業(06666)償還134億人民幣挪用款項，恒大物業股價造好，高見0.93元，升30.99%，現價0.89元，仍升25.35%，暫成交額2.12億元。

恒大物業公布，有關該公司對中國恒大等挪用134億元人民幣(下同)存款的訴訟判決結果。

廣州市中級人民法院判決中國恒大等責任方，向恒大物業旗下6家附屬公司償還134億元款項及利息損失，以及負擔案件受理費。

訴訟涉及6家附屬公司包括金碧物業、恒大恒康、金碧恒康、金碧恒盈、金碧華府和金碧世家。據路透計算，各訴訟責任方需要承擔的案件受理費合計7253.5萬元。 (ST)
