(Infocast News)    PUXING ENERGY (00090) has agreed to sell 51% of the equity interest in Zhejiang Puxing Deneng Natural Gas Power Co., Ltd. at the Consideration of RMB142,720,000.

Zhejiang Puxing Deneng Natural Gas Power Co., Ltd. currently operates two gas-fired power plants with an aggregate installed capacity of approximately 342.15 MW and a maximum heating capacity of approximately 200 tons/hour. (WL)
