<匯港通訊>        民信國際控股(08456)宣布，建議每8股合併為1股，每手買賣單位由4000股改為1萬股合併股份。待股份合併及更改每手買賣單位生效後，將按1供4基準，發行最多1.0576億股供股股份，供股價每股0.29元，所得款項總額3070萬元，淨額約2950萬元，擬用作償還集團所結欠的其他借款；支付其現有租賃承擔項下的租金開支及管理費；支付集團僱員的薪金；及現有業務的營運資金。 (WH)
