維信金科(02003)獲主席提現金要約 下周一復牌 X

<匯港通訊>            維信金科(02003)宣布，主席兼執行董事馬廷雄(要約人)收購合共2050萬股股份，佔全部已發行股本約4.19%，緊隨完成後，要約人一致行動集團合共持有已發行股本約44.04%。要約人一致行動集團按例須提出強制性全面現金要約。

現金要約價每股1.8元，較停牌前收市價每股1.98元折讓約9.09%。要約之總代價將為260,504,010元。要約人無意於要約截止後行使任何權力以強制收購任何尚未行使的股份。要約人將連同該公司合理努力維持股份於聯交所的上市地位。

股份下周一復牌。
