<匯港通訊>             中國金石(01380)宣布，建議股份2供1，發行約1.27億至1.32億股供股股份，佔擴大後股本約33.33%，供股價每股0.2元，較今日收市價0.167元溢價約19.76%，所得款項總額約2550萬元至2650萬元。

所得款項淨額約2400萬元至2500萬元，其中約1700萬元用作一般營運資金，約700萬元用於投資潛在商機。 (WH)
