<匯港通訊>          嘉藝控股(01025)宣布，建議股份1供3，發行最多約1.516億股供股股份，佔擴大後股本約75%，供股價每股0.29元，較今日收市價0.32元折讓約9.38%，所得款項總額最多約4400萬元。

所得款項淨額約4160萬元，其中約1700萬元用作投資東南亞的潛在商機，約1500萬元用作償還集團債務，約960萬元用作一般營運資金。 (WH)
