<匯港通訊>          復星旅遊文化(01992)宣布，董事會建議以協議安排方式回購該公司股份，全部計劃股份將予以註銷，以就每股計劃股份換取現金7.8元。註銷價較停牌前收市價4元溢價約95%。計劃生效後，該公司將按例向聯交所申請撤銷股份於聯交所的上市地位。
