《公司盈警》國際家居零售(01373)料中期溢利跌逾31% X

<匯港通訊>          國際家居零售(01373)發盈警，預期截至2024年10月31日止六個月將錄得本公司擁有人應佔溢利減少約為31%至38%，去年同期公司擁有人應佔溢利則約為50,764,000元。

溢利減少主要由於集團預計期間收入將較去年同期下降約4%，主要原因是隨著港人盛行外出旅遊及北上消費，影響店舖顧客人流，導致期間收入有所減緩。加上資本市場偏軟，港人消費意欲減低。 (WH)
