<匯港通訊>           烯石電車新材料(06128)宣布，建議股份5合1，每手買賣單位由2000股改為1萬股。此外，該公司建議，1供3，發行7.04億股供股股份，佔擴大後股本約75%，供股價每股0.17元，集資約1.197億元，淨額約1.157億元，約50%用作實行中國萊西項目，約30%用作償還集團債務及其他利息，約20%用作一般營運資金。 (WH)
