<匯港通訊>          積木集團(08187)宣布，與奧萊通（北京）電子商務就零售及電商業務的戰略合作訂立一份不具法律約束力的諒解備忘錄。

根據諒解備忘錄，集團與潛在合作夥伴已同意建立零售及電商拓展合作夥伴關係，以發揮彼等各自於鞋履、服裝及箱包行業的優勢。該戰略合作旨在通過利用潛在合作夥伴的行業資源、分銷渠道、零售網絡及電商平台提高集團的市場佔有率及加強產品供應，以支持集團於該等業務領域的擴張。 (WH)
