<匯港通訊>         奇士達(06918)宣布，發行本金額2000萬元可換股債券。

可換股債券按初步換股價每股換股股份0.16元悉數轉換後，將予發行合共124,910,000股換股股份，相當於該公司擴大後已發行股本約16.67%。

所得款項淨額約2000萬元，擬用作償還集團債務及用作一般營運資金，包括償還員工成本、法律及專業費用、核數師薪酬、租金開支及其他營運開支。 (WH)
