<匯港通訊>     據《新華社》，中國共產黨中央委員會、全國人民代表大會常務委員會、國務院、中國人民政治協商會議全國委員會沉痛宣告，傑出的無產階級革命家、政治家，黨和國家的卓越領導人，中國共產黨第十四屆中央政治局委員、中央書記處書記，第十五屆中央政治局委員，第十六屆、十七屆中央政治局常委，國務院原副總理，第十屆、十一屆全國人民代表大會常務委員會委員長吳邦國，因病醫治無效，於2024年10月8日4時36分在北京逝世，享年84歲。
