<匯港通訊>    明樑控股(08152)公佈，M&L Oceania與對手方訂立屬不具法律約束力的潛在出售協議綱領，其乃關於位於澳洲墨爾本的一項工業用途物業連同兩部龍門式起重機的潛在出售事項，指示性代價為600萬澳元。

於同日，對手方與M&L Oceania訂立屬不具法律約束力的潛在收購協議綱領，其乃關於位於澳洲墨爾本的一項工業用途物業連同於結算時將保留於該物業的現有龍門式起重機的潛在收購事項，指示性代價為275萬澳元。(WL)
