<匯港通訊>   本地老牌黃氏家族持有的何文田太子道西現樓項目隆敍,上周三突擊上載樓書後,今天公布銷售安排,定於本周五(21日)至7月5日以招標形式首推20伙發售。

招標推售單位為2樓至6樓的A至D室,實用面積680至1166方呎,屬2房及3房間隔;其中,2樓單位全屬特色戶,外連約60至逾200方呎平台。
