<匯港通訊>            米格國際控股(01247)宣布，配售最多2833.92萬股股份，佔擴大後股本約15.19%，配售價每股0.7元，較今日收市價0.82元折讓約14.6%，所得款項總額1980萬元，淨額約1930萬元，擬用作進一步發展集團的供應鏈管理業務，包括所得款項淨額約500萬元用於建立服裝業供應鏈技術平台；及所得款項淨額約1430萬元用於營運供應鏈管理業務的一般營運資金。(WH)
