首宗區域法院展開刑事檢控程序唱高散貨案件 獲合併處理 X

<匯港通訊>    區域法院今天批准律政司的申請，將一宗涉及組織嚴密的「唱高散貨」集團現有案件，與另一宗由東區裁判法院移交的案件合併處理。

經證監員會深入調查後，獲合併處理案件中的三名被告葉志輝（男）、蘇龍影（女）及劉家榮（男），被控串謀在涉及證券的交易中使用具欺詐或欺騙意圖的計劃。葉、蘇和劉疑是該集團的骨幹成員。三名被告今天均在區域法院出庭應訊。三人無須答辯，案件押後至2024年7月25日。

法院批准葉、劉和蘇保釋，條件是他們：(i)不得離開香港；(ii)交出所有旅行證件；(iii)分別繳交50萬港元、40萬港元及5萬元的保釋金；及(iv)於所申報的地址居住及就住址的任何更改通知警方。 (SY)
