<匯港通訊>  美國家居裝修用品零售商 Home Depot(家得寶)宣布,收購針對專業裝修商的建材供應集團 SRS Distribution,連同承擔債務在內的交易價值為182.5億美元。

SRS 目前由私募基金 Leonard Green & Partners 及 Berkshire Partners 共同持有,業務涉及向專注於屋頂裝修工程的工人提供裝修用品。證券分析員相信,Home Depot 期望透過收購行動,吸引更多專業裝修人士採購其商品。 (BC)
