《預算迴響》德勤：首次置業人士將受恵從價印花稅調整 X

<匯港通訊>    德勤中國稅務合夥人尹佩儀表示，儘管印花稅的「辣招」維持不變，但政府將調整從價印花稅的稅階，令大部分首次置業人士受惠，並有機會吸引真正用家購置首個物業。

她指，現時物業價格仍然偏高，寬減印花稅可減輕首次置業人士的經濟負擔，並樂見政府推出類似措施。
