<匯港通訊>   恒地(00012)旗下粉嶺發展項目 One Innovale 第1期 One Innovale–Archway 今日盡推全盤最後101伙,當中公開發售的88伙已全數獲認購。

恒基物業代理營業(一)部總經理林達民指出,One Innovale–Archway 首兩小時沽清88伙,其中有兩組買家購入兩間,最大手斥資1255.89萬元買入兩間2房。

林達民稱,項目暫售出約590伙,30%屬投資者,買家鍾情北部都會區概念。 (BC)
