<匯港通訊>         國電科環(01296)宣布，要約人北京春暉青雲科技環保向該公司提出吸收合併，註銷價每股1.08元，較停牌前收市價0.73元溢價約47.95%，註銷價總金額為14.15億元。

於前提條件及所有生效條件達成後，該公司向聯交所申請自願撤銷 H 股於聯交所的上市地位。

要約人由國家能源集團全資持有。

該公司申請 H 股明早復牌。(WH)
