《公司盈喜》奧星生命科技(06118)料去年度溢利增加 X

<匯港通訊>         奧星生命科技(06118)發盈喜，預期截至2021年12月31日止年度將錄得公司擁有人應佔溢利不少於2.7億元人民幣，2020年同期錄得溢利約3310萬元人民幣。

溢利增加主要歸因於截至2021年12月31日止年度確認之收入及毛利顯著增加，主要由於集團於2021年度的訂單額增加，以及集團一直致力改善營運所致；及集團於期內因出售其於 PALL-AUSTAR Lifesciences Limited (為一間集團當時之合營企業)之60%股權而確認的一次性收益。經計及(其中包括)有關出售事項之估計開支及稅項，來自出售事項的一次性淨收益預計為約為1.76億元人民幣。(WH)
